In terms of managing capacity, REFER coordinates the use of the railway network, analysing and planning timetables and train paths channels and ensuring the allocation and management of these channels, while respecting the principle of equal access to the railway infrastructure, in accordance with commercial demand and the rules established in the Network Statement.
