The Code of Ethics reflects the values the organisation must be committed to - the pursuit of the public interest, legality, transparency and efficiency - and it governs a set of matters that are especially critical for the organisation, for example: (i) conflicts of interest, (ii) non-discrimination, (iii) employee relations, (iv) social responsibility and environmental protection, (v) transparency and prevention of corruption.
It encompasses a set of principles and standards of conduct that are appropriate for the enhancement and raising the dignity of the companies of the IP Group and its universe of employees, and these can be viewed in this area.
